Is the lack of scenarios in Tier 4, due to city captures locking down the scenario list. Seriously it’s really beginning to get my goat. You want to know the worst thing, it’s my side doing all the damage. So if I’m getting pretty peeved, I hate to imagine how frustrated my Destruction colleagues are getting.
Why is it annoying me so much? Well it’s just that I have been trying hard to maintain a certain balance between my realm rank (RR) and character level (CL), but once I reached Tier 4, it’s all gone to pot and the gap has been widening. I have a load of annihilator armour that’s requiring RR31+ and I haven’t moved from RR29 for 5 days now, with my CL reaching 36 and moving sharply onto 37. The last weekend was scenario less.
Now I personally don’t have the time to go looking for ORvR, so scenarios are my only way off maintaining some level of equality, but the game seems to go out of it’s way to frustrate me (Obviously intentionally). The lock down of scenarios during city captures is bloody ridiculous and I still don’t understand why after all this time, it’s still in place. There is just no where else to go, once you are stuck in Tier 4. Yes I could level another character, put considering I am on the final push, it’s not really in the game plan.
I really don’t want to hit the end game with a massive disparity between RR and CL. There is already a significant amount of labour involved in getting some of my invader gear on, so the higher RR I am when I hit 40, then the less mental trauma I will need to inflict on myself.
So my request of Mythic, is to merely to loosen the restrictions on scenarios. Hell if your sub 40, you would be restricted from some fortress takes anyway.
Good news on the guild front. It’s really busy at the moment, with a lot of the guildies in tier 1 playing their toons, then deleting them and going at it again. Though I gather they are going to move a couple into tier 2. My understanding is a couple came back on the 10 day trial and the tier 1 fun has convinced them to reactivate their accounts. So hello to BJ, Ovron and Nate, welcome back into the fold, I think! Aion will be tempting a few away again, when it launches, though not without a inverse mouse option I gather, which I sympathise with totally.
